Create Your Own Today.com Blog
It may not be evident but Today.com is a free blogging platform that you can join for free and get paid per post and by traffic. The amount you will make is not much - $1 per post and $2 per 1000 unique visits.
You can’t monetize it directly - the Ads belong to Today.com.
Why use it? Not for the money although a few extra bucks never hurts. :-) Use it to build up an authority site in your niche. It has a strong Domain and some authority online. You can bleed some of that juice down to your sub-domain. I was indexed quickly for this sub-domain and am ranking well for my keywords within a few days of start up - not bad and indicates this domain is liked by Google.
If you are in need of more free platforms to use then definitely give this domain a shot.

Griz

You now only get the $1/post after a 30 day probationary period - you still get the traffic though
It still won’t let me do a blog. “public registration closed”. I emailed them but no response. I wonder whether I am the only one that they won’t allow in.
Niche Marketing,
I’m afraid not - you only get a share of the revenue generated with Today.com ads and affiliate products. This platform should be used as a support site and not as a primary money site. See my post SEO,Keywords,Backlinks - it Works to understand how to utilize a free host for your purposes while still providing the host with what they want. A win/win for all concerned.
To Bruce, If you are still not successful here is a very helpful link-

hope it works
Hi Griz,
I have been following your blogs since december 2008, im just pissed that i didn´t find your site in jan 2008 when the realestate market collapsed and i had alot of time to waste :).
1. question, You mentioned that only to use 3-4 blogs per account for your primary sites. Does this also apply for the support sites ?
Could i create a blah@gmail.com and sign up for 100´s of support blogs in xxx.today.com ?
Hope you catch my drift….
Regards,
Sig
